ESN Sea Battle - Spring 2012

Join the legendary Sea Battle of ESN. One big cruise ship. The baltic sea. Students from all ESN sections in 6 diffrent countries = more than 2000 students on one boat representing over 70 different nationalities. This is just one of these trips you don't want to miss!

THE TRIP:
We leave by buss from Linköping to the harbour in Stockholm. Then we set off on our cruise to Tallinn, while making a little bit heavier waves on the Baltic Sea. DJ's til 6 in the morning. Activities like speed dating, live music, salsa courses, karaoke competition, open mic, dancefloors, all you can eat and drink buffet.

We get to Tallin, the beautiful capital of Estonia. Explore the city during the day. Walk around for a bit, a tour for those who wish. And then... we get back on the cruise ship and the party continues all night long back to Stockholm. Sounds interesting? I thought so!

PRICE: 950SEK Including:
+ bus direct to the cruise ship in Stockholm from Linköping, and back
+ all you can eat and DRINK(wine and beer) buffé for 2 hours the first night!

WHAT MAKES THE SEA BATTLE UNIQUE:
We offer a package deal, containing not only cabin and boat trip but also transportation direct from Ryd, Linköping to the cruise ship + a big all you can eat and drink buffé for 2 hours + exchange students at university's in 6 different countries partying together.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
Remember the time difference so that you don't miss the boat in Tallinn, all times are local!

DEPARTURE:
We meet up at Ryds centrum on the 23rd of April 11:30(don't be late!). Please make sure that someone in the ESN checks you off the list when you arrive. The bus will take us to Värtahamnen (name of the harbour), Stockholm, arriving approximately at 15.00 pm, where we will hand out the tickets and other useful information for the trip.

THE TRIP, and WHEN we will be getting back:
Everyone must board the boat before 16.45 pm.
We will be arriving in Tallinn on the 24th at 10.00 am and staying there for some hours during the day. Make sure you board the boat before 17.00 pm. We will be back in Stockholm on the 25th at 10.00 am, and in Linköping by 14.00 pm.

The minimum age for participation is 20 or 19 if cabin is shared with someone older than 20.

All passengers need a valid id-card to board the ferry. Citizens from a Schengen country only need a Schengen valid id-card. Other citizens may need a passport and possibly a visa. This is up to you to take care of. For information passengers should contact their embassy.

ESN will not refund the ticket if a passenger is having trouble getting a visa etc. ESN cannot answer any questions regarding visa requirements except the information above. Be sure to bring your ID when leaving the ship.

Bring: Personal ID or passport, clothes and a smiling face! You can bring your own food but it is not allowed to eat it in common areas (eat it in your cabin). There are also plenty of restaurants on board.

If you have any questions or if you plan for some reason not to take the bus in one of the directions please send an e-mail to the local sea battle coordinators, otherwise everyone will wait for you!
